Chiefs Get Extra-Inning, 1-0 Win
The Wenatchee Chiefs got a stellar effort from pitcher Jeremy Baum, helping Wenatchee score a win over the visiting Tri-City Dust Devils, 1-0, in 17 innings. Yes, it was a win for Wenatchee; but their 15-35 record is still nothing to boast about.

The Chiefs got a clutch hit from shortstop Torry Fromm. In the bottom of the 17th, he hit a run-scoring single to center, to win the game for the Chiefs.

"Walking a team off at the end -- there's no greater feeling," said Fromm.
