Rockies Drop Rangers, 4-3
|
The Colorado Rockies and Texas Rangers played an exciting game.
Colorado picked up a win at Globe Life Park in Arlington, toppling the Texas Rangers, 4-3. Pitcher Sebastian Nodal was one of the reasons the Rockies triumphed. Colorado bumps their record to 15-24 with the win.
Colorado used the timely hitting of Tony Strain to seize the win. The shortstop stroked a run-scoring single in the top of the tenth inning to put the Rockies on top, 4-3. It was his only hit in 1 at-bat, but it was a game-changer.
"Feels good to be on the winning side," said Strain.
