New York Yankees starter Mike Mason was in a groove as he led his team to a win over the Detroit Tigers, 5-3. In 6.1 innings, Mason surrendered 7 hits, while striking out 5 and walking 1. He allowed 1 run. New York now has a 3-game win streak.
