GreenJackets Pull Out Late Win, 5-4

The Augusta GreenJackets defeated the Columbus Catfish, 5-4, at First Energy Park. Augusta first baseman Connor Piccirillo had a superb performance. He went 3 for 4 with a home run and a double. He scored 2 runs and drove in 2. Augusta is in third place in the South Atlantic League Carolina Division with a record of 71-47.
Augusta took the lead, 5-4, on Dylan Cochrane's 15th home run of the season. The 3-run home run came off Columbus pitcher Hunter Carson in the bottom of the eighth.
"We found a way to get it done," Piccirillo said.
