San Jose and Napa got after it at San Jose Municipal Stadium.

The San Jose Giants beat the Napa Silverados, 7-1. San Jose pitcher and Ft. Lauderdale, Florida, native Jason Mack led the way. Mack picked up the win for San Jose, going 7 innings. He gave up no runs on 5 hits. He now sports a record of 1-2.

San Jose took a 2-0 lead on Levi Cicinho's 1st double of the season. The 2-run double, which Cicinho hit in the bottom of the seventh, left Napa pitcher A.J. Bailey visibly frustrated.

"We cashed in when we had the chance," said San Jose manager Dylan D'Onofrio.

With the win, San Jose improves its record to 11-7.
