Doubledays Win Wild Card Series
Auburn Doubledays won a nail-biting series against the State College Spikes 4-3, wrapping up the Wild Card Series finale 11-5 at Bowman Field.

Doubledays third baseman Case Kaiser was named the series MVP.

He batted .304, drove in 7 runs and scored 8 to lead Auburn into the next round of play.

"Case was real solid for us, real solid," said Doubledays manager Carlos Renteria. "I normally say I'd like to have nine of him out there, but thankfully we got by with just one this time."

The Divisional Series matchups and schedule will be announced after the Wild Card Series finishes..
