The Houston Astros downed the Colorado Rockies, 4-1, at Minute Maid Park. The Astros were led by Cedric Sims. Sims went 3 for 3 with 2 home runs, while adding 3 RBI and scoring twice. Jonjo Rogers recorded the save for Houston, his 4th of the season. The Astros go to 33-24, putting them first in the National League Torres Division.

Houston took a 4-1 lead on Sims's 4th home run of the season. The 2-run home run, which he hit off Riley Graziano in the bottom of the seventh, propelled Houston to the win.
