The Lakeland Flying Tigers and Hudson Valley Renegades provided some drama for the home crowd.

Hudson Valley registered a win at Joker Marchant Stadium by beating the Lakeland Flying Tigers, 5-4. Pitcher Johan Foster was one reason why the Renegades triumphed. Foster yielded 2 runs over 6 innings to notch the win. He scattered 6 hits, walked 1, and struck out 8. His record improves to 12-8. The save went to Sebastian Stewart, his 29th this season.

Hudson Valley used a well-timed hit by Kyler Frisbie to capture the win. The center fielder socked a 2-run double in the top of the third inning to put the Renegades ahead, 4-2. Though it was his only hit in 4 at-bats, it was important.

Hudson Valley manager Bentley Love said his team played a "no nonsense" game.

The 4th-place Renegades now have a record of 72-58.
