In a low-scoring game between the Baltimore Orioles and the Los Angeles Dodgers, pitcher Max Ibbotson was masterful on the mound. The Baltimore right-hander spearheaded his team's 2-0 win. Baltimore, now 27-34, holds down third place in the Eastern Region Atlantic Division.
Baltimore won the game in the bottom of the tenth inning. With one out and Aiden Cohen on the mound for Los Angeles, right fielder Redford Washington hit a dramatic 2-run home run, bringing Orioles fans to their feet.
Ibbotson described the clubhouse as "kind of rowdy" after the game.
