Shorebirds Pick Up 5-2 Win

The Delmarva Shorebirds got a good effort from starter Don Kjaerluff in defeating the Charleston RiverDogs at Arthur W. Perdue Stadium. The final score was 5-2. The win gives Delmarva a season record of 81-54.
Delmarva took a 5-2 lead on Tyler Robison's 10th home run of the season. The 3-run home run came off Charleston pitcher J.B. Ham in the bottom of the seventh.
"I had one goal in mind," said Kjaerluff. "Keep pounding the zone."
