The Campeche Clowns picked up a win at Timeless Temple, taking down the Chihuahua Aztecs, 6-0. Starting pitcher Zach Wright was a big reason why. Wright, the winner, moves to 4-1. He threw 6 innings of 2-hit ball, while fanning 8 and giving up 4 walks. The save went to Oldemar Braud, number 1 for him.

Bryce Montgomery, the 30-year old first baseman , had a direct impact on the outcome. Montgomery contributed a run-scoring single in the top of the first inning to put Campeche up, 1-0.

"It's easier to pitch when you get run support," said Wright.
