Blues Get 6-1 Win Versus Las Vegas
The Memphis Blues defeated the Las Vegas Knights, 6-1, in Eastern Region action at Blues Stadium. Memphis pitcher Clark Bryant had a standout performance. Bryant, now 6-2, was the winner. In 6.1 innings, he gave up 2 hits, while striking out 10, walking 1, and allowing 1 run. Aaron Yeomans recorded the save for Memphis, his 16th of the season.

The Blues got a big hit from third baseman Alex Nicholson. In the bottom of the sixth, Nicholson pounded a 2-run home run to left. His 8th home run of the season put the Blues ahead, 4-1.

"I went after the hitters," said Bryant. "No pussyfooting around."

The second-place Blues lifted their record to 33-32.
