McKnight Lifts Blaze to 7-3 Win
Blaze right fielder Elias McKnight put his stamp on his team's 7-3 win over the Santa Cruz Cruisers. McKnight hit 2 home runs, while scoring 4 runs and driving in 2 for Bakersfield in the contest. The loss drops Santa Cruz to 16-7.

The Blaze got a big at-bat from left fielder Carson Jones. For the game, Jones was 3 for 5 with a double and 2 singles, while adding 5 RBI. In the bottom of the second, with the bases loaded, he stroked a bases-clearing double. His 5th double of the season gave Bakersfield a 3-1 lead.
