Texas Bats Go Silent in 4-0 Loss
|
The Milwaukee Brewers picked up a win at American Family Field, knocking off the Texas Rangers, 4-0. Starting pitcher Lewis Tierney was a big reason why. Milwaukee, at 34-43, holds down last place in the Eastern Region Great Lakes Division.
Making an impact for the home team was Joshua Ragsdale. In the bottom of the second, the 30-year old second baseman had a run-scoring walk. That made the score 2-0, Brewers.
"There's a lot of passion in our clubhouse," said Ragsdale. "When we put it together we're a great ball club."
