|
The Texas Rangers took on the Cleveland Indians at Globe Life Park in Arlington.
The Texas Rangers got great pitching from 33-year old left-handed pitcher Charles Shoop, allowing them to bump off the Cleveland Indians, 5-1. The last-place Rangers sport a record of 35-53.
Texas starter Charles Shoop was a master of his craft. The left-hander allowed 1 run on 4 hits over 8.1 innings.
"Charles was locating, throwing all of his pitches," said Texas manager Kevin Hall. "He did a heck of a job."
