Twins Suffer 4-1 Setback
The Houston Astros got a stellar performance from pitcher Julius Mueller, who handcuffed the Minnesota offense en route to a win, 4-1, at Minute Maid Park. Jason Phillips, summoned from the bullpen, notched his 3rd save. Houston has a record of 45-43, placing them second in the Western Region Central Division.

The Astros got a big hit from second baseman Rylan Hayes. In the bottom of the sixth, Hayes pounded a run-scoring triple to left-center. His 5th triple of the season put the Astros ahead, 1-0.

"I felt we were ready to go," said Houston manager Norman Goguen. "Our pregame was pretty good."
