The Montreal Expos downed the Colorado Rockies, 8-5. The hitting star was catcher Ricky Sytsma. Sytsma went 4 for 5 with a home run, a double, and 2 singles. He drove in 4 runs and scored once for the Expos. Eddie Pendergast earned the save, his 2nd, for the Expos. Montreal is now 59-48.
