Fading Knights Lose 8th Straight
The Las Vegas Knights got a superb performance from pitcher Raymundo Capellan. Still, it wasn't enough to beat Texas. The Rangers won the game, 3-2. Capellan threw 6.1 innings of 3-hit ball. The Knights, now 32-78, have lost 8 straight.

Had Kymani Whitley not delivered a key base hit in the top of the eighth, the outcome might have been different. Instead, with two down and a runner on 2nd, Whitley hit a run-scoring single. That made the score 3-2, in favor of the Rangers.

"The hot tub feels extra good after a solid win," said Whitley.
