Behind a solid performance from designated hitter Charlie Curtis, the California Angels defeated the Chicago White Sox, 7-2. Curtis was 2-3 with a home run and a walk, while scoring 2 and driving in 3 for the Angels. The Angels own a robust 77-43 mark.
