Davis Johnston pitched a gem to lead Lancaster to victory over the Temecula Udder Tuggers, 5-1. The JetHawks win now puts them at 14-17.

Joey Thomas, who is tied for 8th in the CAL in hits with 38, took Temecula hurler Manuel Martins deep in the bottom of the first. His 3-run home run put the JetHawks on top, 3-0. In all, Thomas had 1 single in addition to the home run, while going 2 for 4.
