The home crowd had a good time watching the Las Vegas Knights and Fresno Falcons get after it.

Fresno Falcons starter Hunter Wade turned in a top-notch performance against the Las Vegas Knights at Savemart Center. The result was a win for the Falcons, 10-2. Wade, the winner, moves to 15-7. He threw 7 innings of 2-hit ball, while fanning 8 and giving up 2 walks.

Connor Pla, who finished 3rd in the WEST in extra base hits with 81 in 2048, came through for Fresno with a 3-run home run in the bottom of the fourth. The right fielder went 2 for 4 for the game, including 1 home run and 1 double. He scored 1 run and collected 4 runs batted in.

"We didn't put up much resistance," said losing manager Kenny Matuszak.

Fresno is now 65-68, Las Vegas 41-92.
