The 4-RBI night of left fielder Engelbert McCoy, who is tied for 2nd in the CAL in doubles with 10, helped the Stockton Ports triumph, 7-2, over the Lancaster JetHawks. Ermias Bias picked up the win, improving his season record to 3-1. He struck out 4 in 5.2 innings. Stockton has won 3 straight, while Lancaster has lost 3 in a row.

With Stockton leading 2-0 in the bottom of the third, McCoy hit a curveball from Joel Brereton for a 3-run home run. It was his 3rd home run of the season and put the Ports ahead, 5-0.
