Victory Pushes Silverados Record to 39-27
|
Napa rode a fine outing from starter Jimmy Fisher to victory over the Lake Elsinore Storm at Jackie Robinson Ballpark. The final score was 4-2. Napa reliever Júlio Gutiérrez picked up the win, raising his record to 2-1. Leonardo Jenkins was tagged with the loss. Napa is now riding a 3-game win streak.
Napa took a 4-1 lead in the bottom of the seventh inning, when Henry Popielarz hit a clutch 3-run home run to bring Silverados fans to their feet.
