The Oxford Owls stopped the Lakeland Flying Tigers, 7-3, at Ballpark of Oxford. The Owls got a big game from Thomas McGarry, who went 1-3 with a home run and a walk. He scored 2 times and drove in 2. Vince Hall was the winner. He's now 2-0. The loser was 23-year old right-handed pitcher Wyndam Bly. With the win, Oxford elevates its record to 5-2.
