Flying Tigers Tagged with 5-0 Loss
|
Hudson Valley got a strong outing from Rayan Peña as the Renegades defeated the Lakeland Flying Tigers, 5-0, at George M. Steinbrenner Field. The Renegades improved to 36-25.
Kyler Frisbie hit a run-scoring double off Scottie Davis in the bottom of the sixth, which put the Renegades in front, 1-0. In addition to the double, Frisbie had 2 singles, while going 3 for 4.
"It doesn't matter if you're 10 games over .500 or 10 games under, it feels good to win," Frisbie told the Hudson Valley Bulletin.
