Mader Leads Mudcats to 10-4 Win Over Fire Frogs
Getting a good performance from first baseman Cayden Mader, the Carolina Mudcats defeated the Florida Fire Frogs, 10-4. Mader went 3-4 with a home run, 2 singles, and a walk, while scoring 2 runs and driving in 4 for the Mudcats. Carolina pitcher Bentley Tharrington got the win, upping his record to 7-6. Dow Marukhian got the loss. Carolina sits in 8th place in the East Coast League Mideast Division at 34-48.
