Wiley 3-for-3 as Loons Squeeze Past Quad Cities
The Great Lakes Loons and Quad Cities River Bandits obliged fans hoping for an exciting game.

A 3-RBI performance from first baseman Kevin Wiley led the Great Lakes Loons to a win over the Quad Cities River Bandits, 5-4. Joey Callahan earned save number 2 this season.

Great Lakes took a 5-1 lead on Wiley's 1st double of the season. The 2-run double, which he hit off Marv Villalobos in the bottom of the sixth, propelled Great Lakes to the win.

"Winning is great," Wiley said. "It's always just guys picking each other up -- if not me, then the next guy."

The win takes Great Lakes to 5-2.
