The bat of Larry Henning helped the Beloit Snappers top the Clinton LumberKings, 6-3. Henning was 1-1 with a home run, while adding 2 RBI and scoring once for Beloit. The win puts Beloit at 7-4.
Henning had a game-changing home run in the bottom of the seventh. On a 1-2 sinker from Paul Jankovic, he banged a 2-run home run to right, giving the Snappers a 5-3 lead. It was the 1st home run of the year for Henning.
