River Bandits Earn Win with Late Rally
The Great Lakes Loons got a sterling performance from pitcher Jared Casey, but the Quad Cities River Bandits still prevailed, 4-3. Casey threw 6.0 innings allowing 1 run. Quad Cities is now 27-29.

Quad Cities relied on the bat of Damian Sandoval to get the win. The third baseman ripped a run-scoring triple in the top of the seventh inning to put the River Bandits ahead, 1-0. For the game, Sandoval had 1 double and 1 triple in 4 at-bats.

"Win or lose, we pick each other up in this clubhouse," Sandoval told the Quad Cities Chronicle.
