The Fort Wayne TinCaps could not turn a fine performance from designated hitter Reggie Price into a win. Instead, the West Michigan Whitecaps prevailed, 7-6. Price went 2 for 3 with a home run and a walk. He drove in 3 runs and scored once. Smash Dorcine went 6.1 innings, allowing 3 runs on 5 hits. The right-hander, who is tied for 6th in the MID in wins with 6, struck out 3 and walked 2. With the win, he's now 6-3 this season.
