Dave Bowling was a vital contributor to the 8-4 Beloit victory over Clinton. The Snappers right fielder was 2 for 2 with a home run and 2 walks. He drove in 2 runs and scored once. Beloit is now 54-24.

J.J. Young came through with a big-time hit for Beloit. The designated hitter smacked a grand slam home run in the top of the ninth inning to give his team the lead, 8-4. It was his only hit, but it was clutch.
