Kittrell Homers Twice in 10-4 Suns Win
Hagerstown defeated Lexington, 10-4, in large part due to 20-year old first baseman Robbie Kittrell. Kittrell drove in 4 runs. The first baseman had 1 double and 2 home runs for the Suns. The winning pitcher was Dimitri Aguirre. His record now stands at 1-1. The left-hander went 6.1 innings, allowing no runs on 6 hits for the Suns. The losses continue to add up for Lexington, having now dropped 9 straight.

The Suns got a big hit from catcher Lucas Benfield. Facing Lexington pitcher Chris Flury in the bottom of the sixth, Benfield pounded a 3-run home run to left. His 3rd home run of the season put the Suns ahead, 7-0.
