The Lexington Legends and Hickory Crawdads delighted fans at L.P. Frans Stadium.

The Hickory Crawdads knocked off the Lexington Legends, 12-2, at L.P. Frans Stadium. Rob Casillas was a big reason Hickory won. The catcher was 3-4 with a home run, 2 singles, and a walk. He scored 2 runs and drove in 2. Louis Sneed, who is tied for 5th in the SAL in quality starts with 5, was the winning pitcher. Over 7 innings, he allowed 2 runs on 7 hits, with 2 walks and 8 strikeouts.

Center Fielder Hernando Sepulveda made an impact for Hickory, when he swatted a run-scoring double off Diego Pardinas in the bottom of the third. For the contest, Sepulveda went 2 for 5 with a double. He drove in 2 runs.
