The Indianapolis Ignition got a magnificent performance from pitcher Vince Anthony, who stifled the Cleveland offense en route to a 3-1 Ignition win at PepsiCo Park. Anthony got the win, improving to 1-1. He allowed 2 hits and walked 0 over 5.2 innings. Anthony allowed no runs. The win takes Indianapolis to 11-6.

The Ignition got a big at-bat from left fielder Benjamin Nang. For the game, Nang was 1-4 with a triple. In the bottom of the fourth, with a runner on 2nd, he stroked a run-scoring triple. His 1st triple of the season gave Indianapolis a 1-0 lead.

"Every loss hurts," said Cleveland manager Josh Mackin. "But this was a tough one."
