White Sox Continue Hot Streak with Extra-Inning Win
The Chicago White Sox got a hard-earned win over the Montreal Expos, 8-5, in 11 innings. Ronald Williams provided some offensive muscle for Chicago. He hit 2 home runs, while adding 4 RBI and scoring twice. The White Sox, now 12-5, have played inspired baseball.

The game was at a stalemate until first baseman Warren Morgan came to bat in the top of the 11th. Facing Montreal pitcher Jerry Daniels, he hit a 1-2 fastball for a 2-run double. It was a game-changer, putting Chicago on top, 7-5.

"Whatever it takes to win," said Williams. "That's our attitude."
