Sen Cracks 5 Hits
5 hits in a game is a rare thing, but Connecticut's Daniel Sen made it happen against the ValleyCats. Everything came together at the plate for the 21-year-old shortstop as he collected 5 hits in 6 at-bats -- and helped the Tigers triumph, 25-9, at Joseph L. Bruno Stadium.

"I'm just out there to try and help the team win," Sen said after the game, "I had some real good at-bats. I made good, solid contact and luckily no one caught 'em."

Daniel Sen walked in the 2nd, grounded out in the 3rd, hit a three-run home run off T.J. Philpott in the 4th, singled in the 5th, singled in the 7th, hit an RBI single in the 7th and singled in the 9th.

Posting a .429 batting average to date, Sen has 2 home runs and 8 RBIs.
