Youngstown Earn 6-2 Victory at Falcon Park
|
Dawson Long had a 3-RBI game, during Youngstown's 6-2 triumph over the Auburn Doubledays. Long contributed 2 singles and 1 home run to the cause. The second-place Gremlins improved to 13-10.
With Youngstown leading 1-0 in the top of the fourth, Long hit a fastball from Sergio Velarde for a 3-run home run. It was his 1st home run of the season and put the Gremlins ahead, 4-0.
"Anytime you're seeing it well, it's a good feeling," Long told the Youngstown Herald.
