Lobsters Pin 5-4 Loss on State College

The Maine Lobsters picked up a win at Bowman Field, knocking off the State College Spikes, 5-4. On the mound for Maine was right-hander Dominic Xun. He played a key role in the triumph. Xun, now 3-1, was the winner. In 7.1 innings, he gave up 5 hits, while striking out 4, walking 2, and allowing 3 runs. Yadier Sánchez notched his 1st save of the season.
Who knows how it might've ended, had it not been for R.J. Arellano? The Maine designated hitter had a 2-run double in the top of the third inning to put the Lobsters on top, 2-0. For the game, Arellano had 1 double and 1 single in 5 at-bats.
Arellano called the win "a pick-me-upper."
