Tigers Stumble, Lose 7-5 to Jokers
Monty Noboa was a major contributor to the 7-5 Atlantic City win over Connecticut. The Jokers right fielder slugged 2 home runs, while adding 3 RBI and scoring twice. Atlantic City pitcher Kyler Trippe got the win, upping his record to 2-0. Scout Bell got the loss. The Jokers sit in second place in the New York-Penn League South Division with a record of 18-12.

Atlantic City used a timely hit from Lee Lindberg to get the win. The designated hitter stroked a 2-run double in the top of the seventh inning to put the Jokers ahead, 5-4. It was his only hit in 2 at-bats, but it made an impact.

"It's always nice to be on the winning side," Lindberg told the Atlantic City Chronicle. "But we take nothing for granted."
