Cyclones Earn Late 6-5 Win
Though he had a terrific game, Sebastian Collard could not prevent his team, the West Virginia Black Bears, from absorbing a loss. Brooklyn won the game, 6-5. Collard went 3-6 with a home run and 2 singles. He scored 2 times and drove in 2. With the win, the Cyclones have a record of 21-19.

It could have been a different outcome for Brooklyn, had it not been for Liam Brydson, the 22-year old right fielder . Brydson contributed a run-scoring single in the top of the 12th inning to put Brooklyn up, 6-5.

"In this profession, you've got to put the good and the bad behind you quickly," West Virginia skipper Jesus Sánchez said.
