Behind the bravura of left fielder Noah Clausen, the Lowell Spinners topped the Connecticut Tigers by the score of 6-4. Clausen was 4-5 with a home run, a double, and 2 singles, while scoring 2 times for the Spinners. Roque Daly recorded the save for Lowell, his 10th of the season. The third-place Spinners are now 27-18, the Tigers 23-22.

The Spinners got a big at-bat from catcher Zach Earnheart. For the game, Earnheart was 4-4 with a double, 3 singles, and a walk. He drove in 2 runs. In the bottom of the fifth, with the bases loaded, he stroked a 2-run double. His 1st double of the season gave Lowell a 3-2 lead.

"There's ebbs and flows in the season and right now we're just looking to finish strong," said Clausen.
