The Jamestown Jammers beat the Tri-City Dust Devils, 4-2. Jamestown pitcher and Maimón, Dominican Republic, native Mainard Pérez led the way. Pérez got the win, improving to 2-2. He allowed 5 hits and walked 3 over 5.2 innings. Pérez allowed no runs. With the win over Tri-City, the Jammers improved to 11-13.
Miles Trujillo helped his team take an early lead with a run-scoring single. It came in the first inning, making the score 1-0, Jammers.
