It could have been a different outcome for Connecticut, had it not been for Virgil Kilbourn, the 21-year old catcher . Kilbourn contributed a 3-run home run in the top of the fifth inning to put Connecticut up, 6-0.

"Anytime you're seeing it well, it's a good feeling," Fine told the Connecticut Times.
