Though he had a great game, Alec Tart could not single-handedly produce a win for Niagara Falls. State College won the game, 6-2. Tart was 3 for 4 with a home run and a double. Reliever Hideo Ozaki picked up the win. His record improves to 1-0. Benjamin Alwine took the loss. The winning streak has now reached 8 games for the Spikes.

Wes O'Callaghan, who is tied for 4th in the NYP in bases on balls with 33, aided the State College cause with a run-scoring ground out in the bottom of the second. For the game, the third baseman drew 1 walk in 5 trips to the plate.

"I like the roll we're on right now," said O'Callaghan after the game.
