Tri-City Gets 4-3 Road Win
The Tri-City ValleyCats withstood a fine game by Aberdeen second baseman Abel Brady at Ripken Stadium, to upend the Ironbirds, 4-3. Brady was 4-4 with a double and 3 singles. Gareth Kishikawa earned the save for Tri-City, his 1st. At 29-39, the ValleyCats claim 7th place in the New York-Penn League North Division.

Damian Sandoval had a direct impact on the outcome. Sandoval contributed a run-scoring sacrifice fly in the top of the fourth inning to put Tri-City up, 4-2.

Tri-City manager Jim Kleeman commended his team for "banging out a nice win."
