Chiefs Slap 4-3 Loss on Olympia
The Wenatchee Chiefs did just enough to sneak past the Olympia Spartans, 4-3, at Chiefs Stadium. Wenatchee pitcher Gavin Gillespie, in particular, had a standout performance. Warren Kahn nailed down his 1st save. Wenatchee is 8th in the Northwest League North Division with a record of 7-10.

Making an impact for Wenatchee was left fielder Jeremiah Falguiere. Teach drilled a run-scoring double off Brandon Martin in the bottom of the third. For the game, Falguiere went 2 for 3 with a double and a walk.

"Gavin did a good job of managing their lineup," said Wenatchee manager James Barnes.
