Late Rally by Hawks Seals 6th Straight Win
|
The Spokane Indians got a superb performance from pitcher Ares Dussault, but the Boise Hawks still won the game, 8-2. Dussault threw 6.0 innings of shutout ball. The win boosted Boise to 25-11.
Ichabod Majerus, the Boise second baseman, contributed a 2-run single in the top of the eighth inning to make the score 4-1, Hawks. For the game, Majerus went 2 for 5 with 2 singles, while adding 4 RBI and scoring once.
Spokane manager Jim Orona said his team was "out of sync."
