Hawks Drop Sea Unicorns, 4-2, with Late Score

Boise Hawks starter Rick Grier was locked-in. He led his team to a win over the Gold Beach Sea Unicorns, 4-2. The Hawks win now puts them at 26-20.
Boise went up, 3-2, on Jeronimo Pizarro's 7th double of the season. The run-scoring double, which Pizarro hit in the bottom of the eighth, left Gold Beach pitcher Rhys Hutchison stewing.
"Rick threw the ball very, very well," said Boise manager Nick Rodriguez.
