Grote Hurt, Listed DTD by Angels Sunday, May 5th , 2052 River Grote of the California Angels was hurt in yesterday's game with the Diamondbacks. He sustained a bruised knee while being hit by a pitch and will be listed day-to-day. Team doctors said it could be one week before the standout center fielder will be completely healed. He could miss a few games. Presently Grote is batting .320 and has collected 6 home runs, 25 RBIs, .361 OBP and scored 16 runs. |
