Pineira's Treatment Not Going Well, Suffers Setback Friday, August 11th , 2056 After being examined by team doctors yesterday, Indians first baseman Augustin Pineira was told that his rehabilitation time would be increased to 3-4 weeks because he still had some pain and soreness. The medical staff did not want to activate him until he is totally healthy. Pineira is recovering from a strained hamstring. This season in 52 games, Pineira has hit at a .289 clip with 56 hits, 3 home runs, 19 RBIs and 32 runs scored. |
